Basic Settings
To modify the Basic Settings:

1. Click Extension Settings or Basic Settings in
the Navigation Menu at the left side of the screen
to display the screen shown in Figure 34, with
your Extension Name shown.
Your extension name, which the system
administrator enters, is displayed on intercom
calls and is also used by callers to spell names
when the Auto Attendant Directory feature is
enabled by the system administrator.
Enabling Call Forwarding in this window
prevents your extension from ringing. All calls
are immediately forwarded to the destination
you select, preventing you from answering
them. To enable call forwarding:
a. Click the Call Forwarding: On button.
